The family law section at Marchand & Moraine, L.L.P. represents clients in divorce, child custody, collateral litigation, and all phases of family law proceedings.  David Moraine is the head of the family law section at the firm.  Mr. Moraine and his team of attorneys have tried divorce and child custody cases throughout Texas.  In addition, the firm often employs alternative dispute resolution techniques to move clients and their families toward a timely resolution of their issues.  The firm uses its experience and past successes to plan courses of action in family law cases that are designed to maximize achievable outcomes, effectively manage conflict, and proactively work toward a resolution of the issues in the case.
